U.S. Bank Branch in Lynnwood, WA

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I started my account at the Shoreline branch and everyone there was so nice I loved my bank. Since moving I have been conducting my business at the Lynnwood branch and I am actually considering getting a new bank. The people here are very rude and inconsiderate and will treat you awfully if you point out they made a mistake and then act like they are doing you a favor to fix it. I won't go into details but just know your money is better placed elsewhere.

Will not even cash a check drawn on their bank without charging $7.00 fee. When I took the check, I thought the institution backing it might honor it for cash, hence I accepted as legal tender. They should likely post on the front of their checks: WARNING! BEWARE! ATTENTION!!! RECIPIENT WILL BE CHARGED AN ERRONEOUS HIDDEN $7.00 FEE FOR THIS TRANSACTION! Thankfully my bank was only a few miles away, but mighty inconvenient nonetheless. Use your local credit union, these folks are gouging consumers.
