This store was nice and clean, the most well kept store I have ever been to. Everything was well displayed and not cluttered. They are mostly jewelry but they have tools, music equipement and firearms. The jewelry is extremely affordable and they have an amazing selection to choose from; more than I have ever seen in other jewelry stores or other pawn shops. The workers in the store were very helpful. They greeted me right when I came in and asked if I need help with anything. I brought in some jewelry and they went through it all. They did find pieces that were real but most of what I had was costume jewelry. When I was in there several other customers came in and they were greeted and treated respectfully. Some wanted loans and the guys took their time and looked up the items. Other customers came in to pay interest and they were very happy with their service. I would recommend this store to everyone!

I used to be relatively frequent customer and always had a pleasant experience. I returned recently to sell some jewelry and felt like they were trying to rip me off. Fortunately, I at least know what the going price for gold is. The guy that helped me picked through the items of value and gave me a price that was ridiculous! Half of what it was worth! He didn't even separate the 10k from the 14k gold to price accordingly....just threw it all in to weigh together. I took the same items to another local place that buys gold and got $270 right off the bat...no issues. Jerry's offered me $120. I cannot speak to their prices for buying items from them, but beware if you are selling anything to them!!! Must be a change in who runs it or something, because it used be a trustworthy place....now it seems a little shady. Best of luck!

The interest rate on a loan is pretty high , their prices are the same at a regular jewelry store. And when you try to sell something they try to give you next to nothing. I will NEVER go back to that place again ...

Horrible customer care.. went in a few moments ago with a ring I bought from Robbins brothers for $425 four months ago and the guy had the audacity to offer me $18 for it. Don't go there unless you want to get fucked up the ass for cheap.

Very nice guys. I bought a musical instrument from them and when I came home it did not work right (I did not check it out properly at the store as I should had..). I called right away and they were very responsible and stood behind their sale. I got a refund without any hassle and they even gave me an apology as they were not aware of the damage at all (which I believe because it was not easy to be noticed). How's that for pro attitude? I wish more business owners acted like these fellows. I feel very comfortable with the idea of shopping at their store again. Best wishes and I will be back for more.
