It was pretty insulting to be sneered at and have insults said to my face, I don't think they would put up with that from me, its a sad reality to have this tragic set of events go this way. The sheer shock of it didn't set in till just after when I realized they could do whatever, whenever to hardworking people and get away with it.

Soooooo slow. ...I don't have an account here. I have had to come here 5 or 6 times. It's huge. ...it could look nice. It's filthy though, and you will have a half hour wait at least. And the people aren't very friendly.

I bank at this location purely out of convenience; the big issue for me is the wait time for literally anything. Today I was surprised to have been helped by a (very pleasant) teller after immediately walking in the door only to be asked to have a seat in the lobby, which was full of people. The wait time ended you being around 25 minutes to be seen by someone. If you have pressing obligations or appointments, I would plan a visit to this place relatively early. Otherwise, I have always been helped by very nice people
