Wells Fargo Bank in Lakewood, WA

A great WF bank. In less than a year I've moved from Texas, to Arizona, to Missouri, to finally settling in Washington and they've really helped me set up my finances. They even had a permanent card sent to the store since I didn't have a PO box yet. Something my last bank wouldn't do. Also they're bankers are very cute which is always a plus.

Hours are never right Over draft charges all the time for no reason Cant check my account online You have to go into the building physically for everything but then they're never open anyways haven't been able to get money out of my account for 4 days Horrible customer service

I didn't know it was possible to have that many fees from a bank they have stolen thousands by so called fees time for a credit union

Love wellsfargo they have always fixed everything that i may have had problems with. Lakewood branch is a bit busy and under staffed at times. It takes a long time to get through the line only reason its down 1 star.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I have to give it a star. We have been with Wells Fargo for 1 year. That being said, I have had numerous hacks, which caused us to lose money that they wouldn't return, then with my husbands paychecks, they started putting a hold on it. No reason, no explanation, just started doing it. Which is interfering with my bills and costing me more money. Closing our account as soon as they give us our money, whenever that may be.
