Don't expect to ever do anything quick at this branch.. not only are they lacking the basic ability to have good customer service ethic, but they're lazy and rude as well. Working in a bank myself we weren't allowed to sit behind a teller desk in a chair and bullshit while they're customers waiting! I dunno about these people but this wasn't the way I was taught to deal with customers... I love how the teller then tries to put a hold on my check to inconvenience me in some way but unlike you sweetheart I actually have money in the bank so this doesn't affect me what so ever... id rather deal with the atm out front then these lazy, inconsiderate, pathetic excuse for workers...

I've been with Navy Federal a little over 10 yrs and have been to various locations, but Lakewood has the worst tellers. We been in Washington 4 yrs and I can only say that I have had 1 good experience. These women are rude unless my Husband goes in. I think they need to train weekly.
