Says holiday hours may effect business hours? Well how tf do they affect it? Why is this bank closed on a normal monday?

I just came from this bank in tears after they discriminated against me. I went to cash a check from tax return and it was only 1000 they said I don't have enough activity or enough to cover the check if it bounces it was a government check with a water seal she charged me a fee for cashing even though I bank with them and after that fee she said she could only give me half. I asked for $700 so I could pay rent she was convinced and did so.. She didn't follow guidelines or procedures .I was off work and wearing sweats she made me feel like a criminal. Tomarrow when that check goes through ill be pulling my $300 off and closing my account I only used it for uber is why I had no activity I have a prepaid card with direct deposit from my job. Along with closing my account ill be doing research and reporting to ABC news about this one

I am always greeted by name promptly and cheerfully. Seldom have I had to wait more than a minute to get to an available cashier.
