I just called and was talked down to like a little kid. I can't believe the way they talked me when I had a few questions it wasn't like I was taking a lot of their time. I'm an accountant so don't tell me to "do the math" just because you can't answer my questions. It was like they didn't want to help me at all. You'll be losing this monthly paying customer when I get back home.

Talked to me with a attitude. Dont use this bank i would take your money somewhere else they have hidden fees to take your money.

Recently I experienced a possible SCAM situation involving my checking account. The young man I dealt with at this bank was wonderful. He helped me open a new account, showed me how to be safer in the future and was very understanding of the scary aspect of the situation. Everything was carefully and thoroughly explained to my satisfaction. I am soo grateful for this help . Even though the bank is quite a distance from where I live I will stay with them. They went above and beyond to help.

The ATM at the Hawks Prairie location will not take cash deposits, the card reader has seen better days and this place has no walk up ATM. Bummer bank
