I used to bank with twin star and have now switched to another credit union. Every time I call with questions I am yelled at by their customer representatives. They are rude and don't have proper knowledge of loans. They also messed up my interest rate from 6% to 13% somehow and when I called to have it fixed they were rude and wouldnt help me until I wrote a complaint to the main office. Called with a question just today about my auto loan i still am making payments on and the lady I talked to wouldn't patch me through to someone who could anwser my question. Once I pay off my auto loan in a few months I will never use twinstar again.
