Navy Federal Credit Union in Lacey, WA

Had a wonderful experiance with them! I had some issues on my account which Navy Federal told me that they were not gonna release my money to my account. Which is absolutley ridiculous since its MY money! Well I walked into the Lacey branch frustrated and upset since the Lakewood branch treated me like a criminal. I talked to Amanda, one of the tellers. And she couldnt have been more friendly and helpful! She called the people who locked my account and got them to relese my funds and got my money, after the Lakewood branch refused to help me. Amanda went out of her way to help me and get me squared away! Thats customer service right there!!!

Had a nightmare with a Walmart money order and Rose fixed it in less than five minutes. I've never had any problems with Navy fed and will continue to bank with them for life. Excellent customer service!

Their mortgage department is terrible! Go elsewhere, seriously!!

Horrible at getting things done in a timely matter. They have extended my house sale out over a month now. All at my expense. They requested a chlorine test for well water. Bunch of lazy morons.

Been with Nav Fed for 5 years now and they have always exceeded my expectations, whether it be loans, knowledge of being smart with my money or just coming in to deposit money. They have an app on my phone that has saved me countless hours of having to drive and talk to someone, it is so easy to use. Navy Federal will be my bank for the for seen future in order to be able to make their day better whether it be a smile or posting a review they really do set their own pace in customer service satisfaction.Thank you Navy Federal!
