Really nice people always ways helped me out great service

Thank God for Moneytree. I got a retirement check from the State of Alaska. I was desperately in need of money and hadn't had much to eat for three days. I first went to a couple banks to cash the check by signing it over to a relative to have them deposit it in their account. I was told by these banks by some really snooty tellers that they can't take third party checks or that I could open an account but they'd put a hold on my check for 7 days. I then went to Moneytree. They took my ID, a birth certificate and an expired state licence from Alaska. They called my home and confirmed my number and for a minimal fee, cashed my check. And best of all, they were courteous and professional. They didn't treat me like a big loser because I needed the money like the banks did. My relative was so impressed by how I was treated that she is going to do her financial business with them, too. Those banks can shove their business up their a**. I'm glad so many of them are going out of business. Thanks for being there, Moneytree.

I will never go anywhere else for any of my Moneytree needs. The Branch Manager, Kaley, is amazing. So is Mike that has worked there for many years. They are compassionate, friendly, and really listen and care. They arent just going through the motions at work. I have been there several times over the years and literally every single time I have had a pleasant friendly experience with the staff in person and over the phone. They treat me better than my own personal bank does!!! I highly recommend this branch for any payday loans, check cashing, moneygram, etc needs. They are the BEST!!! They always go above and beyond.

Chase, who I have been a customer for over 2 years, would not cash my check despite having a verification number printed on the front of the check. They waned to hold it. After a series of unfortunate events, I needed cash immediately for pre-planned travel. Moneytree did not hesitate and cashed the check making the rest of the trip enjoyable. Great customer service!
