Union Bank in Kirkland, WA

I just wasted 1 1/2 hours at this branch trying to cash my company payroll check issued by none other than Union Bank. Seeing as how I have cashed my checks at various Union Banks all over Orange County and Riverside for over 3 years with little more than a 5 to 10 min wait time I thought today would be no exception. However, today I was "assisted" by Michelle Romo at the Glen Avon branch where I was treated like a criminal passing bad checks. Although my 2 ID's were current and my company, the issuing signature and funds were verified, she simply refused to cash my check. After waiting for over an hour and being told flat out that she would not cash the check, I went to the U.B. branch off Haven and the 10 Fwy and was in and out in 8 mins flat even during their Friday lunchtime rush. This branch has poor customer service for those who do not have a Union Bank account. I returned to this bank after cashing my check at the Haven branch to file some kind of grievance or complaint and was informed by the manager that nothing could be done and they have no "paper" complaint form that has a reference number attached at least not for "non-customers". Long story short.... HORRIBLE customer service, POOR management and I WILL NEVER BANK WITH UNION BANK. EVER

I had no problem cashing my company union bank check,. I don't even have a account with them. Drivers licence, credit card, finger print on the check. done deal 5 mins 3500.00 cash
