We knew exactly what we wanted and called every dealership in the area that had it in stock, requesting their best price before we left the house. Scott Creason gave us that price over the phone, good enough to get us driving 80 miles out of the way in traffic. He had the vehicle ready for us and the price given over the phone was honored. We paid cash for the vehicle and drove it away relatively quickly. Tom McCabe was on site as well and helped to expedite the process, assisting by getting the vehicle washed, fueled up and ready to drive away. These were small above and beyond touches that weren't required, but were appreciated. All in all, a smooth, enjoyable buying experience. One caveat-the vehicle only came with one programmed key. We were told the other will likely come with the title, which would be great as they are fairly expensive to purchase and program. I'll update the review with the results accordingly.

Scott went above and beyond the call of duty for me to get into my magnum. A series of unfortunate events made it a priority for me to purchase a replacement magnum. The process was smooth and I was even approved prior to driving way out to Kirkland from TACOMA. Being a single mom and business owner leaves me almost no spare time. Extraordinary experience with Rich, Chris, and team. I called at 2:00pm, walked in at 3:00pm, and drive home in a new truck at 4:30pm. The whole process was incredibly smooth, from looking at vehicles to test driving to figuring out the finances. I was so impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.
