Wells Fargo Bank in Kent, WA

This location lacks customer service. Bank manager want to save money on office supplies. If you need any print out it is $5 per page. Next time you visit this location please consider donating printer paper. Big banks like Wells Fargo have NO money for office supplies. Icing on cake was when one of the banker told me that items/services I am requesting are time consuming. I guess it is not part to their job to spend time for customers. I think banker name was Sukdip or something starts with "suk".

One of the best branches around. There has been a noticeable change in customer service, they certainly have earned my 5 stars. In the 8 minutes that I waited for a personal banker (very busy), I was checked on by other bank staff members 3 times. Keep it up guys!

Need to brush up on "Customer service skills 101 with all Races of People, not just Spanish speaking customers" Dear "branch manager" you should try problem solving instead of blaming your customer and refrain from escalating a situation, embarrassing nobody but yourself and your branch. You would have thought that it was Monday morning..... =/ Sad that we have to ask our customers not to use Wells Fargo anymore, to please open a bank account anywhere else but Wells Fargo. This could have been very easily resolved if a REAL Customer Service person was the "Branch Manager" at Wells Fargo Bank, 10625 SE Kent Kangley Rd, Kent, WA 98030.

This is my neighborhood Wells Fargo Bank. My first time stepping foot into this bank, I was warmly greeted by personal banker Chad Day. He asked about my needs and how he could assist me & thoroughly heard my unique situation and gave advice on how to proceed. He sat me down in the waiting lobby and even offered me water as I waited. I felt like a valued customer before I even opened my account. After a very short wait, he took me to his desk and went over my options thoroughly to make sure I had the information I needed, and we got my accounts set up. By the level of service, you would have thought I had a million dollars deposited in the bank or that I was a 20 year account holder. About 2 weeks later, he called for a follow up to make sure everything was going okay. This was an unprecedented level of service that I haven't seen before. GREAT customer service & by far the best banking experience I've had. Thank you Chad Day for your awesome customer service!

They have always been so helpful and friendly. We have been with them for almost 4 years and have never had a problem.
