A great credit union to deal with. The team at this credit union does stay extremely busy from all the business they do get! They do have some of the best interest rates. And if you apply for an auto loan that will be proven. They do have fun, friendly, and helpful staff to guide through the process. I would definitely recommend Denali to all my friends, family, and clients.

Worst EVER! My fiancé has a auto loan with them. And banks with them since her auto loan. Even have direct deposit enrolled for both jobs and funds are never available until 9 am. They blocked her checking. She couldn't use debit card or get any funds out of her account day before Christmas. She emailed the proofs and two week after they blew up her phone demanding 2500 payments her auto payment for January and 500 charge each past months they assumed she didn't have insurance. Really? Again. When all was taken care of? Someone between all the calls they connect her to, means not one of them from each department updated her information. So it's January 26,2017 and her account is blocked again.Theyre demanding proof of insurance again, and it's blocked because her account is in delinquent??? Again? When they realized their fault. They apologize and said there's nothing I can do. It takes awhile for the system to remove restrictions from account. You'll be able to utilize your checking and receive funds within 10 days. SMH! For no reason they blocked her. Now they want proof from August 2016 to present. My fiancé is crying stressed out because they've marked her delinquent on her account when she's not. Stay away from Denali. Far far away. Im taking my girlfriend to close her checkings and savings and trade her car off so she don't have to deal with their BS. They don't care about you. They get caught with a mistake they screw you even more. SMH! They don't care about you. All they want is money. 500 for basic insurance. Wow! Denali is disgusting!

2ND REVIEW. If you see on my previous review, they stated they would call me with the payment issues we have had since getting this loan almost a year ago. NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME OR MY HUSBAND. Every month we have to worry about our payments actually being made because their payment system is terrible!!!!! It almost like they are banking on you to default on your loan!!!! I am never late on making this payment unless they have problems taking it! which is EVERY MONTH. I don't see how people are giving more than one star, even customer service sucks as they have not contacted me.

They don't care. Period. I have a hard month this month since I just moved - my automatic auto loan payment came out to prevent me from paying my rent - and even though I have made a year's worth of payments on time, and promised them I'd have my payment in by the middle of the month (which I'll have a check coming in then), they wouldn't reverse the payment. Even with a POSITIVE payment history, they'd put you out of house and home before giving any favors or giving money back TEMPORARILY. I'll be refinancing as soon as humanly possible and closing my account. Leave it to banks to screw you over.
