Tried to ask a simple question about a transaction for this branch. Can only call a call center number, was put on hold, and the hold voice was so low, dim, quiet, that it could not be understood. This is terrible. Service is terrible. their TV ads are very misleading as it's not possible to get good timely service except by physically going to a branch.
