Signal Credit Management Services in Gig Harbor, WA

I have spent the week trying to get through to pay my bill. Monday I was on hold for 10 min. Tuesday 6 min today I was on hold for 15 and still no one answered. they are worse then the third world customer service reps who at least answer the phone. HELLO SIGNAL MANAGEMENT??!!! Do you want my MONEY???!!!!

This is by far the nicest collections agency I have dealt with! A sentence I never thought would be said but the employees at Signal have been so nice and helpful.

Says they are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and I called at 810am and the recording states that they are not open. Some people work 8am to 5pm and only have a select options to reach you.... don't post hours if you're not going to go by them...

Another unaccountable and shady debt collection service. Payed them for the month, then set up a payment plan. They then charged my account twice AND since it didnt go through for whatever reason, probably because it looked like a double charge on my banks end they made me pay some crazy high service charge. They also canceled my payment plan which was beyond frustrating on top of being unyielding in there ability to assume any responsibility for any of this or give me any slack. Also why. Why charge interest, and charge for every payment, and charge for late payments. After you canceled because you messed up! These guys are literally the devil. Ended up paying them an extra 300$ on top of my 1200$ account. Gfy off a bridge signal managment.

Have contacted you several times for account help so I can review my balance and see if your doing auto pay. This information is very important.
