I don't even know how to give a star rating for Northwest Mortgage Services. We had two wonderful experiences with Jeff and trusted him completely. We went to do a heloc with him and after all the paperwork was in and we were supposed to be just waiting for the practically guaranteed approval he stopped returning our calls and our emails. We were left hanging after months of waiting for what was supposed to be an easy heloc. We are still stunned and confused after having such wonderful service for years. I don't know what happened.
