We first met Julie through our real estate agent Shelly McCombs. We originally had an offer on a piece of property that turned out to be a short sale. We were in contract for 4 months. Julie helped us every step of the way even though that deal fell through. A few months later we put an offer on a fixer upper. Julie helped us to get the loan as well as referred us to a colleague to help us with a HELOC so we would have some extra funds to help with he remodel. We have completed our remodel and put in an application to increase our LOC. Unfortunately we had an inept appraiser who returned the appraisal way under market value. We asked Julie for help and she jumped right on it.(even though she had nothing to gain because we were going through the bank on the LOC).
