Checkmate in Fife, WA

Hello, I have done business with this company for a couple of years with no problems until my SS didn't come, it was this Sept Monday was a holiday and I call them but they had no way to leave a message I also called as soon as I could on Tuesday the first business day they were open that week, I told them of the terrible situation of SS money and not sure when it would come if ever as it is now in the hands of an attorney to get it back, I called Checkmate at 3:30 and talked to the gal and told her of the situation and I wanted to come down and pay the interest and set up a payment plan, roll it over or what ever they could help me with so I could take care of this. TO MY SURPRISE, she said I would of had to of been in checkmates office before 3 pm that day Tuesday... And said there was nothing she could do? DA!! in Talking I told her I might get a little money around the 20 but she would not give me to that date either, she would only extend the due date until the 13th , that did nothing for me,,,, What is going on I want to pay this with as soon as possible with the littlest amount of other charges I can.... Why are they so difficult, I don't control SS and that is what they take the money from.... Thank you would still like to work this out, sent a letter on Wed, but no reply to date...

The staff is very friendly on 72nd Pacific I will continue with them because us bank is right across Street if I need a copy of my bank statement I can walk across Street and if I am short on cash I can borrow fifty dollars. For 57.50 I get pay them two weeks the staff helps me figure out my pay day schedule and I love that they are open on Saturday 11am to 3pm I will always go to 72nd Pacific avenue and I won't go to any other location except 72nd and Pacific because that's convenient for me and I can go after work laurie
