Don't ever get a loan here high interest and worst costumer service .

For those of you that do not understand let me make it clear to you this place is in the business of giving loans to high risk people like ourselves. Their interest rate is horrendous yes but did we not do that to ourselves? All you need to do is pay on time. Set it up on auto pay that way you can always keep track of the payments you send them. Do not give them a reason to come and get your vehicle and you wont have an issue simple as that.

I haven't had any issues as of yet. I've been with them 8 months and never once had an issue with my online payment. My interest rate is very high (29.9%) but that is no fault of theirs. I am in the process of building my credit and they were the only ones willing to loan to me, so i took the loan knowing my interest rate. I have only made 1 late payment (3 days late) they dont report unless you're going 30 days past due, so I'm wondering where all these negative reviews have come from,unless you're paying a month late, your credit shouldn't be affected... Most likely people who don't understand their loan, and have crappy pay history....pay your bill and you will be fine. I pay $227 a month. Seems like a decent amount to me. If you can't afford the loan, don't take it....simple as that. They offered to run my credit to lower my interest but i declined, as i don't want my credit ran again.

They are so HELPFUL! My husband and I have 2 car loans through them and we couldn't be happier. We get the 2nd loan to buy out one from a different company that was HORRIBLE to work with. Love Reliable and will use them again!

I feel like I'm babysitting this company! Anytime i call and actually talk to someone they say they will call back and they never do! I will never get a loan through this company again. Their customer service is horrible and they cannot answer the phone to save their lives. If you want to be on hold for 30 plus minutes this is the company for you! The only reason I'm still with them is when you can actually talk to someone they are friendly and helpful. If you can get ahold of anyone. Not recommended.
