Wells Fargo Bank in Everett, WA

The drive up has closed early several times that I have gone and needed to make a deposit that night. I know that it closes at 6. So why would it be closed at 5:54? This makes it very frustrating and I almost fill like finding another bank that will stand by it's posted hours. I don't make huge or outrageously difficult deposits. I used to work at a bank and I know that if we were to ever close early, we would have been reprimanded. Many times we had to stay a little after our official closing time to help customers. But that's just it, we helped them. Customers are what make your business stay open. Also, we just went into this same branch today 3/4/13, and there was a gentleman that seemed as though he as so put out to the point a slight eye roll was detected from him because we approached him with a question. Really? He didn't appear to be busy at all, and his reaction was less then welcoming. We are more than happy to take our business else where if we are continued to be treated as though our business is too inconvenient.

This location does not have an ATM.

the tellers are so nice here, I think it will be great if they put security guards. because at this area there are some people they look dangerous or in need for money. For me, I will go to others branches because always when I use the ATM there are some people stand behind me and ask me for money. It would be a good Idea If this branch goes inside Safeway which is next to it.
