BECU in Everett, WA

Wonderful bank. Phone customer service can be sluggish.

My husband and I switched from "Evil Big Bank X" to BECU about two years ago. We have had ZERO problems with BECU. The staff is wonderful and the services are top notch. I have no hesitation to recommend BECU to friends and family.

Don't ever use this bank, they were decent until they decided to take money out of my account for a car that I no longer have and was payed off by my insurance company after I got hit by another driver that ran a red light, they then refused to refund the amount even though they gaurenteed me it would not be taken out. Now I have to get a lawyer involved just to get my money back, this is very annoying! Never use this bank and save some stress!

I went to Everett BECU to refinance my two cars. I've never visited to BECU before. My friends told me BECU is the best for car finance. It was true. A woman named Lisa Williams served me. She is so professional, quick, very friendly, understands customers. She gave me unexpected good APR and term. She had a broken leg, but she didn't refuse to go around for me! Thank you so much Lisa Williams and BECU. BECU should be proud of having Lisa Williams. I definitely recommend BECU to my friends. Thank you.

This is one of the rare businesses I trust and would recommend to anyone. I've been with them for over 10 years. They're more strict with loans, making them harder to get some times but their deals are great.
