Without going into grave detail, this credit union (specifically the Moses Lake branch, and I am leaving this review here as well bc this happens to be their corprate location) has very poor customer service and rapport. If someone is short with me once in a while, fine, everyone has bad days. But the MANAGER of this credit union is down right rude and blatently disrespectful EVERY time I come in, and judging by the chats I have had with other customers/members and the interactions I have witnessed her have with members other than myself I am appalled she still holds her title. I recommend taking your banking needs else where, to a credit union that has better customer service and holds themselves to a higher standard than this credit union does.

(The above picture is out of date; they've remodeled) Main points: • Remodeled Building • Branch Office in Moses Lake • Top Tier Service • Best Interest Rates I can find in Grant County • Excellent Member Services and Correspondence I've been a member for a few years, from the middle of my teenage years, and I have loved this financial institution so much. Top-tier service, excellent interest rates (0.25% APY for my savings account, compared to 0.05% or 0.025% APY for savings accounts from other institutions nearby), and at last year's annual meeting I made a proposal that was later instituted (small reward monthly raffle for like $25 at a local restaurant for taking out or paying back a loan). I am very very happy to be a part of the Granco family, and even with serious research, I can't find a better financial institution in the whole of Grant County.
