Credit Concepts in Edmonds, WA

Bought my first car and used credit concepts for the loan, they work with you if you have no credit, starting your credit or bad credit, I had no issues with payments finally my car is paid off! (YAY). Only reason I am giving a 4 star is because the interest is outrageous! And their workers need to take some communication and customer service classes. When I made my last payment nobody told me if I paid with a card over the phone and not cash I can't receive the title until 30 days after because "I can take back my payment" so now I have to wait until next month to go pick it up or they can mail it to me. So heads up pay in cash if you want your title right away. All in all thanks for working with me and helping build my credit.

This company has treated me great! I have used them x3 everytime has been satisfactory no problems! I hope to be able to use them in the future. I recommend them for loans.

I've never been so harassed in my life. I don't even answer their calls or emails anymore. They act like you're some kind of criminal if you make a late payment. It's like borrowing money from a collection agency.

I financed my car with credit concepts. Long story short, my car broke down on the freeway at 9:30pm. I had no money for a tow. I had to leave my vehicle on the side of northbound I5. Subsequently it was towed by state patrol and impounded. I called Larry at credit concepts and explained my situation and asked for help. She talked with her manager and was able to work out that they would cut a check to the impound lot and add that amount to my existing loan. Not only did Larry help me out but she personally drove the check to the impound lot so I could get my car back and get it running again. Thank you Larry. You're an incredible person .

For the convenience of paying them using your Debit card you pay 7.00 per month. This is either in person or online. If you want your title then you better bring cash or a check because they won't give it to you with a debit card. That's right you can write a bad check and get your title, but you can not get it with a guaranteed payment from your debit. Should I charge them an inconvenience fee for flying in from the east coast just to pay this off and getting a 30 wait? On all my dills it says I have to make final payment in person. I come in and they say no you could have paid by phone. Very frustrating, if you are stuck and have no other alternatives for a car loan then your stuck with this scam. If you can run as far and as fast as you can from this company.
