Taylor Mortgage Loans in East Wenatchee, WA

They were fine when I purchased my house through them a few months ago, but I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone else in the future, a friend of mine whom I had reccomended them to, was trying to purchase a home through them and they gave her the run around fot MONTHS, lost paperwork, lied to them and made them feel bad about being OWED back child support, jace miller the supposed "owner" (according to his Facebook) made purchasing their home impossible, and treated a national guard soldier like she didn't deserve to purchase a home. Please take caution when using this company.

Worst service ever. We got our loan though Taylor Mortgage and was extremely disappointed with the service we had. They forgot to tell us a number of important things. They waiting till we had 4 hours left till a deadline to ask for proof of our down payment funds even though we could have gotten them that information weeks ahead of time. They had no idea what paperwork they needed and asked us for all kinds of stuff I know they did not need. I was out of town on a trip the week we where supposed to close and fully told them that so we would have everything in line for when I returned the day before closing. I ended up having to cut my trip short because they told my wife they needed a signature from me or the loan wont go though. When I got home they ended up not having the paper ready for me to sign. We ended up having to ask for an extension from the seller putting as didn't have the paperwork for me to sign. I would never recommend anyone using Taylor Mortgage!
