Community 1st Credit Union in DuPont, WA

Community 1st Credit Union has been my bank since 1985. I am getting ready to move out of the country, and I know that they will continue to bring me GREAT service for years to come. ~~~Melinda Myra

Do not use this credit union. They are unethical, rude, and non-responsive. My 65 yr old friend tried to buy $66K condo the was being sold by Community 1st Credit Union. The co-signed Purchase and Sale Agreement contained a financing contingency. The sale of the property was contingent upon the buyer receiving financing from a lender. My friend's lending institution informed him that the Condo was not eligible for conventional financing because too many of the units in the complex were over 30 days past due on their HOA dues. Community 1st (or last, if you ask me!) Credit Union refused to sign the recission form that would allow escrow to refund my friends $2,000 earnest deposit. Now my friend must pay a lawyer in order to get his $2,000 earnest deposit returned to him. Happy Holidays from Community LAST Credit Union....

My community 1st credit union for Over twenty years. No problem with them.
