Horribly inept management. US Bank makes a mistake that causes a customer problems then the manager just shrugs it off saying " we are all human and make mistakes." Really? Mistakes are acceptable when it comes to your customers money? Maybe at this branch it is, but go down the road to another branch and they bend over backwards to attempt to rectify the mistake a US Bank employee made. Don't go here if you are looking for competence, and customer service.
