Sound Credit Union in Burien, WA

This credit union is good but not great. Customer service is great though. They are fast, cordial and very helpful. I have two accounts one business and one personal. Never have had problems with them I would totally recommend them over any national bank.

Came in to make a withdrawal from my account from an In-network credit union and they made it so easy. Nice service even though I am not a client of that company or branch

First off i bank for my business and every time i come in to make a deposit they seem to always miss count. They dont count my hand first they always take it to a machine and is always from 100 to almost 400 dollars short. Till they actually count my deposit my hand. Three times has their atm at different locations has eaten my money where i have to go in a fill out a afadavid and wait to get the money I was trying to deposit. Then i come to use the drive thru deposit and im told that i need to come in next tome cause of the amount of the deposit. Will be switching banks soon to BECU

Friendly staff and professional services located on the corner of an intersection so it's easy to pull in to do your business and leave without being stuck in traffic. No long waits at the atm or inside. Nice to have one in the neighborhood.

I switched to Sound a few months ago because it is close to home. I have really enjoyed my experiences with them. All of the tellers are always kind and patient. I have both my personal and business account with them so I am there a lot. My only complaint is that I like to use the drive up window for making deposits so that they money is available right away (not the case at the ATM) but they don't seem to have a dedicated teller at that window. Instead that teller usually seems to be running both of the drive ups and an inside window which means it takes an extra long time.
