Have called my work repeatedly, when they reached me they told me I had three options to settle my debt all of which required me to pay large sums of money I did not currently have (including wanting $500 upfront, three payments of $660, or 7 payments of $270), when I told them I could pay a reasonable amount of $150 a month for 12 months to resolve the debt they said I was refusing to pay. Most debt collectors would be happy to accept your money, but this one seems intent on not resolving debts.

My experience with them is with Breanna (sp?) And she was very friendly and nice. She made my experience very good thank you!

Worst experience ever. I called to work out a student loan debt and they tried to use strong arm tactics to force me to agree to a payment option. I said I could give them money down today but I wanted to think about my options and then the supervisor got on the line, verbally harassed me, talked over me and refused to have a conversation. Keep in mind I called them and offered money. What a horrible customer service experience.

So no one likes being in debt or having to deal with debt collectors. I can honestly say that my experience with Brianna Olson was extremely pleasant and she helped me settle my debt. She was extremely polite and tried her hardest to make a payment plan that didn't leave me broke and that was manageable. So thank you so much Brianna for being an absolute pleasure to work with.
