Credit International in Bothell, WA

Beware of this company, they debit money from people's accounts without permission. They do not send letters of intention and conduct court cases and never let anyone know. When you call and ask questions, they do not want to talk to you or tell you they do not have to answer.

Worst customer service phone call. This place is disgusting and doesn't have any manners.

I did more research and work then they did. I received zero updates in 6 months. I emailed 8 times with no answer, i finally get a reply and i tell them i want to terminate the service. She says her boss is busy with meetings (the original manager left or got fired a month prior). So i told her to pencil me in because i was going to go there if they cant answer their phones either. I went there and the new manager, lets call him "opens the door and pokes his head out" tells me that they will terminate the service and email me, guess what? I never got anything, so im working with a new lawyer against these people.SURPRISE if you guys didnt know yet.

Terrible company and disgraceful employees. I tried to get info on a garnishment from 12 YES 12 years ago from a previous marraige. I got a VOICEMAIL. 10 year limit on collections people. My lawyer will crush you !!!!!

Dean Hamilton is unprofessional and rude. He actually hung up the phone during a conversation. Yes this is my debt unfortunatly obtained through my ex-husband. You do not have to treat people like they are criminals. Anyone with a Business degree learned that you can conduct any business in a positive manner. I tried to explain that I have recently had 2 back surgeries and shoulder surgeries. That I am a single mom of 3 just getting back to work after surgeries and going to business college all on my own with out any support. I tried to explain I could provide medical records but he hung up.
