I was very impressed with Thomas Boltz. I found him to be very professional, very easy going and very easy to talk to. He made the process of buying a house so simple that even I could understand. Tom made me feel that no question I asked was too lame (and believe me I asked a lot of them!) My house closed very quickly due to his diligence and hard work. When ever I contacted him, I either got him right away (which is almost unheard of now days) or he got back to me rather quickly.
