this is a terrible terrible company.

Please stay away from this company. They failed to close on my home not once, but twice! Luckily for me, I was able to extend the closing date in both cases. This company is incompetent, rude, and completely unprofessional. If you still choose to work with them in spite of this warning, do yourself a favor and do not give them your credit card info or write them a check for $500 for the appraisal. They will keep your money, and not give you any appraisal.

Worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of using.

PNC Purchase our loan from our original mortgage company. We were never contacted by e-mail, calls, or letters of this transfer. When they purchased the loan, they canceled our auto-payment, charging us a late fee, and dinging our credit. Daily calls are only answered by script-reading people who mad the phone banks. I insist on talking to a supervisor, which end up at voice mail, never talking to a person or receiving a call back. STAY AWAY. I have been a homeowner for 25 years, never missing or having a late payment. This company is why mortgage laws are changed. They will do unscrupulous things for a buck, they are not in it for the long haul. Go with any other company, you will not regret it in the least.
