I am a local realtor who had a horrible experience with Jim Gutierrez of this branch. I highly recommend NEVER using him if you are thinking of buying or refinancing. He quoted my clients double what other lenders were quoting for closing costs. He also quoted them an extremely high rate. I warned my clients several times to not use him since he rarely returned emails and calls in a timely manner but they felt they could trust him and didn't want to switch. 3 months after applying for the loan and finding the perfect home they were denied 2.5 weeks into the transaction. Now they are out $350 for a home inspection and a lot of wasted time. This was a very frustrating and disapointing experience for my buyers. I highly recommend NOT using him.
