Pretty bad experience over all, Matt is not straight forward with his fees and little by little he creeps the fees, interest (not due to market fluctuation or my credit rating which is 839), nor he discloses the all your options hew can provide. I got stuck on a loan with a obscure lender that does not do second line of credit. Matt knew well beforehand that I wanted a second line of credit and now I am stuck paying him thousands and not getting what I wanted or needed. At the end I ended up paying him more than I would have had to a regular bank.
