Tellers are rude up front but the drive threw ladys rock

The teller Cassandra is a complete waste of time. Two times I have tried to withdraw from my account and that teller has denied me. I just go to a different branch and do what I was gonna do in the first place. So annoying, I completely avoid the Auburn branch now, that way I only have to stop in one bank branch.

I always come to this location scence ive been in washington. So far i love the place and people are nice. Only thing is i asked to put a hold on my card untill i receive my new one and they forgot to unlock it. Other than that this is why i stay with us bank ✔

STAY AWAY if Refinancing! I was trying to do a refinance with Steve Kim and it was the worst experience ever. First, the process took months and months to make little progress. The problem was I was paying extension fees on the current loan waiting for the refi to finish and I ended having to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars because the slowness of the underwriting. That was just the tip of the iceberg. After putting up with months of no progress I switched to Mortgage Master Service Corporation and they processed my refi in ONE MONTH FLAT with a an awesome rate. STAY AWAY FROM US BANK

I get closing for veteran's day, but when veteran's day lands on a pay day? Come on. What better way to thank our vets than to let them spend $10 in bus fair and 2 hours of their life to deposit a pay check, and not be open, without putting out any kind of word. Great job geniuses.
