After having used the Citizens Bank branch in Downtown Burlington for years my job changed and so did my bank. The Citizens Bank on Shelburne Rd. is staffed with EXCELLENT people. From a name change when I got married to car loans to knowing my name when I pull up to simply cash a check I love my bank.

The teller wasn't the friendliest of people... she was unable to answer my questions and kept repeating back to me what's already knew. The manager came over and was nicer and at least attempted to help though.
