So The other day I phoned in because thats how I have done my banking with TD Bank for a long time now. I spoke to Sheila Johnson, and it was terrible. She was very uneducated, very short, and was to busy for me. I have always worked with Lila and she's a wonderful lady the best in the office. If I had my say I would say get rid of Sheila Johnson I have been with TD for 6 years now and it may change because of this woman.

This bank is a secondary bank for myself, however I am treated with the utmost care when I come here! The overall experience of being acknowledged and waited on is impressive. :) *****
