I use this bank all the time. For the past few months I've been asked in a rude manner multiple times that I need to stop going to the teller for a withdrawal and get a debit card because it's a "faster" to use. The teller is there for a reason, it's a bank.. and I will always talk to a person before a ATM. Some of the tellers are great. Some are just down right rude.
