TD Bank in Brattleboro, VT

generally the lines are really short. the penny arcade is free for all, but it's not accurate (steals your coins)

Horrible decision to close Putney Rd branch. I'm seriously considering changing banks, and I've been with this bank since it was First Vermont. 20 yrs? Makes me sad actually. The Main St bank is cold and impersonal and the lines too long. I like a friendly face taking my money, not someone who glares at me.

We have done business with TD for years at the Putney road location which has always been great. TD recently decided to get rid of this branch and with it some excellent employees and move all business to the Main St branch. I have avoided this branch at all costs in the past. Every single time I have been there, the wait is ridiculous and there are never more than 5 people in line. The drive through is excruciating slow, (I type this as I sit behind a car at the window and we have been waiting nearly 10 minutes.) If they insist on moving all business to Main St at least staff it appropriately to be able to handle more than 1 or 2 customers at a time. So disappointed.
