Bank of America Financial Center in Woodbridge, VA

Saying Bank of America is a large company is still an understatement. But saying that this is a good banking location is an overstatement. The lines are always extremely long. Plan to spend about 30-45 minutes per visit. The parking lot is extremely small and is always crowded. Horrible banking experience

Drive thru didn't open until 11:38.

This slow very slow customers service is not good and very slow. They just sit and talk. Not to customers. Just sit and wait .

No wonder they have a 2.1 rating the teller Karina was totally unprofessional I'm standing in line because the ATM was broken so all of a sudden this guy walks into the line and stands directly next to me doesnt say a word and as the line progresses we are walking side by side and when we reach the teller he tries to do the transaction with me and starts yelling bout how he was in line before and i replied with if thats the case you shouldve said something. All the while this woman TELLER KARINA isnt saying anything but starts to do his transaction now im just appalled not only does she start his transactions but now she is ignoring me I asked to speak to the manager explained to him with happened and then all he replies with is okay so then I push it further I tell him that that is very unprofessional you ignored me as a customer you seem to customers disagree and didn't even try to mediate and say hey Miss I'm sorry I did see him wait a line can you just give me a second I'll be right away with you something she couldve said something

Worst customer service ever!!! I went there to cash a personal check my boss had written for me today on 11/23/2016, one day before Thanksgiving because I was in need of cash for the Holiday and everything was going good until the Manager came over to override the check because it was for $1000. He then looked at the checked and said that could be a 5 referring to the date on the check. He then kept looking hard at it and says I think its a 5. I said sir the Owner of my company specifically just written that check for today using today's date it is clearly a 3. He then said I'm not going to cash it tell your boss to call this number and say its a 3 and then walked away with an attitude. I went to the Bank Of America down the street and not only did they cash my check I purposely asked him is that a 5 or 3 on the check and he said its definitely a 3 and cashed it. Why must one incompetent manager be able to cause so much trouble for customers just because he wants to find a reason to give customers a hard time. I felt unwelcome in that bank. The one on Prince William Parkway is worth the extra 5 minutes it takes to drive to it. You don't have to deal with managers trying to find a way to make it hard for you to bank with
