Apple Federal Credit Union in Woodbridge, VA

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. No way to leave the line. No one explaining why the wait was caused by. Trying to call them on a Saturday is impossible. No one answers. Never using their services again.

Just opened a business account this week. AFCU has the best deal when it comes to fees, etc. with a business account. However, in my week of trying to get his done I'm a little disappointed in the staff at Woodbridge and I'm really hoping this isn't reflective of how it's going to go overall. When I came into the branch a week ago to open the account, I signed in and waited for a banker. A young man called me to his desk and started gathering the paperwork I needed to fill out. He seemed a little confused about which forms I needed and as I was pulling out my documents he wanted to grab my entire folder which had other unrelated documents that he didn't need to see. Ok, fine. So I filled out the paperwork and he disappeared. After waiting for him to return for 10 minutes I asked a teller what happened to him and she retrieved him from wherever he was. Then in continuing to open the account he didn't seem to 100% know what needed to be done which didn't give me the highest level of confidence. As it turns out he had only opened a business account one time prior. And I asked him about some answers I had put on the form and he said yes they were all good. I actually didn't have my bylaws so I left with all the paperwork. I came back this past Tuesday and thankfully got someone else to finish the process. The very things the other guy told me were ok, she said no it's supposed to be this. I knew he didn't know what he was doing. Everything else went fairly smooth. I asked how I set up online banking and she said just go to the website and put in your member number. Great. All done. Two days later I go to set up online banking and you cannot just go to the website and enter your member number. A business specialist needs to set it up for you. Why didn't the woman at the branch know this? Could she have set it up for me? So now I am waiting for a business specialist to call me back to set up online banking. It seems that branch staff at Woodbridge could use some extra training in opening business accounts and relaying correct information to new members.

Really upset. ATM almost never works or has cash.

Was a member for 6+ years, customer service is poor at best especially at Woodbridge location. This Bank charges for everything beware of all fees before signing up will be taking my business else where. Home mortgage team is even worst!

I have been coming here in Apple FCU in Potomac Mills branch or any other AppleFCU branch to pay car loan for several years now and never ask once for an ID somehow, this teller today around between 12 00 - 12 : 15 noon , April 19 , 2017 ask me for an ID , I told her. I left my ID and told her I only want to pay the car loan showing her the card which has the member ID , There was a long line and she still wants my ID. This teller has a short hair light skinned and I called the branch manager to complain and no answer. I was really upset about it when other customers at that time was never asked for an ID except me, I feel like she was racially profiling me!!!!
