There always friendly and ready to serve. The lines can be long at times. I'm guessing that is normal. Maybe a express line would be great.

Ok a lot of if ,ands or buts in that place wouldn't recommend wasting time for loans or anything in apple also don't like there customer service there difficult to understand and they never explain 100% just halfass

I recently opened an account and last Friday tried to cash my $38 paycheck they said they would have to put a hold on it and I was like you gotta be kidding me. I ended up having to go to Dale's grocery. What good is having a bank account if you can't cash a damn check.they don't care about customer service unless you're a rich prude or high falutin pri$#@.

I am really impressed. I switched from navy federal due to terrible custumer service to Apple. Very friendly. Ended up refinancing my loans as well due to cheaper rates. Friendly knowledgeable and great at following for up / keeping you in the loop through out the entire process.
