U.S. Bank in Williamsburg, VA

This address leads to the gate of Busch Gardens, I drove from Hampton as I am visiting from San Diego, it was a waste of time and ga $!

Us bank is the worst bank, had my info compromised by a outside vendor and they thought mailing me a notification via paper mail was the best viable option. Worst bank in the world, dont know about the world but dam close I bet. Never had more complications and problems getting access to a bank and my money till this one. Horrible bank I would suggest you go to any other bank because us bank sucks

I'm giving one star because that is as low as you can go I think they deserve 0stars I had an account with them and there fees where to much they would hold transactions just to maximize there fee but that is not the worst part is called them on it so they closed my account on my payday rejecting my direct deposit causing this nightmare Do not Oppenheimer an account with them they have fees for everything

Ive dealt with several banks in my lifetime, after shopping for better rates USBANK gave me the lowest rates I've seen EVER! I have no clue what these negative reviews are about because I am a very online person and USBANK website is by far the best layout and user friendly than any other bank. 2nd place is USAA. Every other Bank Ive works with is simply Mediocre.

My work accidentally paid this bank a moths worth of my paychecks. I do not bank with US Bank. The customer service was sarcastic and unhelpful at best, even when I had an account number and trace number. There was literally no excuse to not give me my money back, but they instead tried to play dumb and keep it for themselves. If anyone wants to go a month without pay, and just let the bills rack up and the debt and the nightmare that comes with it, please bank with US Bank. If you are a sane person looking for a good bank, don't even waste your time.
