Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA

I purchased a vehicle from Casey Toyota. The final contract price was less then the buyers order. The check that I had was 90.00 more then the cost. I was told by the finance manager that I would get a refund check when the check cleared. The check cleared my institution in (3) days. I called (2) weeks later to be told that it would take (3) weeks for settlement because the check takes time to clear. I called again (6)weeks after the sale, to accounting to find out that authorization had not been sent over to cut and send a check. Several more phone calls to include the GM finally got a check sent!! RIDICULOUS

We recently bought our Toyota from Casey Toyota in Williamsburg. Throughout the entire process of buying this car, Casey's had the best sales representative assist us. His name is Bradley Faulkner and he is the most professional, courteous and accommodating young man we ever conducted business with. So, if you think about buying another automobile, ask for this young man to assist you, you will not regret it. We wish him good luck and all the best in all his future endeavors. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The manager Joe was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Highly recommend driving an extra 20 minutes to Pearson Toyota in Newport News.

A few months ago, I went in for a routine oil change and had my cabin air filter changed out by one of the service techs who thought my glove box popped open when my car got pulled up for me. I was the one who had opened it and left it unattended while I bought another filter. However, in his good intentions to put the air filter back in the holder along with my glove box contents, a napkin somehow managed to find its way into the air conditioner blower. This caused a huge headache for me for months (until the napkin was discovered) as I thought my car was starting to break down whenever I used my AC! I left a review that could have been avoided if I were to have taken the time to call their service department which I knew deep down I should have done. I've removed the bad review because this company is such a fantastic one at not only providing their customers with wonderful service but also for resolving conflicts flawlessly. The same day I received not one, but TWO calls from different managers who apologized sincerely for what had happened. They made sure I did not incur any expenses to get the napkin removed and compensated for the 'strange' mistake. After all, we are all humans that accidentally make mistakes. What makes the difference is that Casey Toyota took the time to make things right by reaching out to me personally. I truly wish every service department out there did such a wonderful job at this. Again, I would like to emphasize how much pride I have for saying I get my car serviced at Casey Toyota and am happy to use them again in the future!
