On 11/15/2016 I spoke with Roslyn in regards to records of an online transaction. Roslyn conveyed an attitude that led me to believe I was there to serve her needs, rather than I was a customer in need of help. When we ended the initial conversation Roslyn related she would be in touch with me in about an hour. 4 hours later Roslyn called back with the information. Unfortunately I had moved on in my day and was unable to copy information down by hand. When I asked Roslyn if she could email me the information she laughed and related she could not. After I told her of my dilemma she laughed again and said she could call back and leave a voice mail with my information. Bayport FCU lacks in customer service and convenient customer hours. I would think twice before opening an account with these folks. In addition, if you are in need of detailed background information of transactions they are most unhelpful.
