Don't waste your time with this bank. The people here are very rude and slow. They talk and laugh with each other while helping customers which makes thing go extremely slow. Then they get mad when you say something. Im taking my money elsewhere.

They made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I was trying to get a loan for the first time.No one sat down and talked to me about the process.i had to keep going to bank to figure out what's was going on.i was not made to feel likes valued customer. I've been banking with Baylands for 5yrs or better. It was just terrible. Honestly I don't think I want to get anything through them because of this.
