Loan Care LLC in Virginia Beach, VA

Please don't do business with loan care my mortgage was recently sold to this horrible company they stopped accepting my payments so they can put my family out on the street they want my house more than the money. luckily I'm in the same boat at hundreds of other family's and the bureau of consumer affairs is helping us to fight back (look up other reviews I'm one of many homeowners with the same problem) They recently told us on the phone we can send a certified check per their repayment plan but they can hold it as long as they want to put us another month behind.

Terrible communication. Paid my monthly due on the website on time. Got a foreclosure warning letter in the mail. Got charged with a late fee when it specifically said I wouldn't in the time I paid for it. Hard to contact and get a hold of anyone. Trash. I had Academy Mortagage before and they were awesome. These guys suck.

Hey everyone, I've never written a review on a company before, nor had any interest in writing one, because honestly most reviews make mountains out of mole hills.... until I dealt with this company. This is by far the absolute worst company that I've ever had to deal with. Nothing but empty promises of emails/faxes and no action occurred. Promises of supervisors calling you and you never receive a call. I'm in complete shock of how bad this company is. I lost it on my ELEVENTH call for support, and apologized to the support agent for having to take it out on her, and I still was given the same pre-written paragraph. "I'm sorry no manager or supervisor is available, please provide me your email and we will get back with you shortly" OH MY GOD. 0/5 - Worst company I've ever dealt with. I literally contacted an attorney tonight for assistance dealing with them.

I wanted a netted payoff from Loancare. I asked for it through five different phone calls. I finally got a customer service person who understood what I wanted and he sent it to me through email in less than a minute. The only reason they are getting the five stars is because that customer service rep took the time on the phone call and stated "I'll process this payoff over the phone and send it to you while you are on the line so we make sure that you are getting what you asked for" he waited five minutes on the phone for me to receive the email and make sure it was the correct payoff amount this time! Thank you for taking the time agent#5097 i really appreciate it

This is the first review I have ever written for a company, but I feel compelled to do so. They call you with a recorded message to return their call. You do and then you wait on hold until someone is available. This is at the end of a long list of issues I have had since this company purchased my mortgage. I realize that I am probably nothing in their eyes, but for what its worth I will be refinancing to another company. Good luck to those who stay, you will need it.
