It was a really bad experience there. That man judged me because I wanted to sell gold. Oh God that was awful.. I felt so Bad that I just walked away from there.. Wont recommended ever.

Yesterday my husband and I decided to check this place out for new watches after seeing their add on tv. The customer service was impeccable. The owner greated us and insured someone would be right with us. Nazy, Sales Associate greated us with a smile and addressed all our needs. She showed us different options of Rolex watches. When we didn't see any that we loved, she asked Jesse, Store Manager what he had in the back. Jesse went above and beyond to ensure we left highly satisfied. We left with not only our Rolex watches but I got a new handbag as well! I highly recommend you check them out. We definitely be visiting again!

Dont judge a book by its cover! This place has woefully poor customer service. Stopped in to purchase a Rolex for my wife. Walked in and was totally ignored. Looked around for about 5 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt. NOPE! No problem. I went across the street to Tiffany's.

We love Tysons W&J they are always so friendly and helpful. My husband bought my engagement ring, wedding band and an anniversary band there and we recently exchanged them for an upgrade. The process was easy and I am beyond excited about my new rings! I highly recommend them!

Tysons Watch & Jewelry was the ideal place for me to sell a few jewelry items that I no longer used. I was not sure if the items were worth anything and Nazy worked with me patiently going through everything I brought in. She was a joy to work with.
