Terrible service at this location. I tried to cash their own cashier's check and was told that they do not cash their own checks since I did not have an account with them. They said it was a national policy. I called another Bank of America 5 miles away and they said I could cash it there without any problems and they never heard of this national policy. I used to have an account with them. This type of service is the only reason we cancelled our accounts and moved elsewhere. Too bad I didn't live closer to the other Bank of America where they don't lie. I would have kept my accounts.

The worst no one in the banks line but still cant get service. Store manager is never on site , so checks that have to be overwite so dont cash checks
