WORST Customer service I've ever gotten. The front desk lady who sits on the left when you come in never has a welcoming face on her. I believe her name is Danielle, has the worst attitude and talks in the most disrespectful way. Used to love my previous branch but not so happy with this one. It was worth the drive.

Got approved for the loan. Aren't financial firms supposed to work with you for payments? I made a request to maintain a specific period of the month to make my payments that best suit my payday schedules. I will make my payments to this institution as per the contract. But hell will freeze over before I recommend taking out a loan through them to anyone. Customer service was not the most pleasant. I cannot wait to be done dealing with this agency. I regret taking out the loan but that's life. Learn from mistakes.
